This version of Cadillacs and Dinosaurs, released around 930223 in Asia TW (Taiwan), is set 3. Unlike the previous versions, this one appears to be fully functional with sound. It represents a localized edition for the Asian market, suggesting differences in language and perhaps minor localization changes to suit the region.  Capcom remains the original developer of the game.
