Qix (Rev 2) is a revision of the classic arcade game Qix. The original Qix, released in 1982 by Taito, featured a unique gameplay style where players control a small cursor to claim sections of the screen, avoiding enemy 'blobs' that try to reclaim the claimed territory.  'Rev 2' suggests this is a later version, possibly addressing bug fixes or including minor gameplay improvements over the initial release. Taito remains the originator of the gameplay style and the underlying core mechanics are likely consistent with the original.
