This is an enhanced version of God Medicine - Hukkoku Ban, translated into English by the fan group Aeon Genesis. It retains the core gameplay of the original Japanese Game Boy release but adds an English language option, making it accessible to a wider audience.  The gameplay would be the same as the original Japanese release, but with English text, increasing its availability and allowing more gamers to experience it.
