Pac-Attack is a Game Boy adaptation of the classic arcade game, released in the USA. Gameplay would likely involve the same premise as the arcade game, featuring Pac-Man characters and gameplay around clearing blocks or obstacles.  The Game Boy version probably included simplified graphics and sound compared to the original arcade game.
