Super Robot Taisen, meaning "Super Robot Wars", is a strategy RPG known for its mecha battles and character interactions. The Game Boy version features turn-based combat, strategic unit placement, and a storyline involving various mecha anime franchises. Players command robotic units, each with unique abilities and statistics, making tactical decisions that determine victory or defeat. The Game Boy version would have adapted the series' core gameplay to the handheld's capabilities. The original Super Robot Wars games were developed by Banpresto.
