This is a hacked version of Batman - The Video Game for the NES. Deespence2929 created this hack, labeled version 1.0, with the goal of making the game easier, as suggested by the "~Batman - Easy" label.  Gameplay would be similar to the original but altered to reduce difficulty.  The specifics of the modifications would require examination of the hack itself.
