Space Invaders (Japan) is a port of the classic arcade game Space Invaders to the NES. The core gameplay remains the same: players use a laser cannon to shoot descending alien invaders.  While the original is iconic, the NES version would likely feature adaptations to fit the NES hardware's capabilities. The original arcade game was developed by Taito Corporation.
