This is a ROM hack of the Japanese Splatter House: Wanpaku Graffiti, featuring an English translation. Spinner 8 is credited with creating the translation patch, signifying that the fan-made translation allows players outside of Japan to access and play this version of the game. The inclusion of "~SD Splatterhouse" could refer to its compatibility with a certain emulator or hardware modification.  The original game was developed by Konami.
