This is a ROM hack of Sugoro Quest - Dice no Senshitachi, meaning it's a fan-made modification of the original Japanese game. The modifications include an English translation, achieved via the work of multiple individuals (AlanMidas and KingMike), improving accessibility for non-Japanese speakers.  Gameplay remains largely the same as the original RPG, but with added improvements and fixes, enhancing playability for English-speaking audiences.  The hack doesn't change core gameplay but aims to make it more accessible for a wider audience. The 'Dice Heroes' subtitle is a more direct translation of the Japanese title.
