Colony Wars: Red Sun, a 1998 sequel to the original Colony Wars, expanded upon the space combat experience with enhanced graphics, new gameplay features, and a larger-scale storyline. The game featured more complex missions, a wider array of spacecraft, and improved weapon systems. Developed by Psygnosis, it continued to build upon the series' legacy of immersive space combat and provided an even richer experience than its predecessor, maintaining its status as a leading space combat game on the Playstation.
