Shadow Man is a Playstation action-adventure game, developed by Acclaim Studios and released in the USA. It features a dark and atmospheric world, where players control a voodoo-infused anti-hero called Shadow Man. The gameplay focuses on exploration, puzzle-solving and combat, using both melee and ranged attacks.  Shadow Man is known for its unique blend of action, adventure and supernatural elements, set within a grim and captivating world inspired by voodoo lore.  Acclaim Studios, at the time, aimed to produce high-quality action games that would appeal to a broad audience and the release of Shadow Man was part of their effort to consolidate its presence within the video game industry.
