Eye of the Beholder: Advanced Dungeons & Dragons brought the popular RPG to the Sega CD, delivering a first-person dungeon-crawling experience. Players explored the complex dungeons of the game world from a first-person perspective, battling monsters, solving puzzles and interacting with various characters.  The game featured a rich and immersive storyline set within the Dungeons & Dragons universe, and the Sega CD version incorporated improvements in graphics and sound. Published by Strategic Simulations, the Sega CD version sought to enhance the atmospheric experience of dungeon crawling, making the most of the system's audio-visual capabilities.
