Megami Tensei Gaiden: Last Bible Special is a enhanced version of the original Game Gear RPG. Likely featuring improvements on the original Last Bible, such as added content, refined gameplay mechanics, or visual enhancements.  It retains the core RPG elements of its predecessor, namely turn-based combat, character progression, and a narrative focused on mythological creatures. Atlus, the developer of the main series, was again involved with this enhanced version.  Its English release helped broaden the game's appeal.
