Castlevania: The New Generation, also known as Castlevania: Bloodlines in some regions, is another entry in the Castlevania franchise released on the Sega Genesis. The European release of the game had minor differences to the US version. Similar to Bloodlines, it's a side-scrolling action game that involves progressing through stages fighting Dracula's minions.  Konami developed this title, offering similar gameplay mechanics as Bloodlines, but with possibly altered level design or enemy placement.
