Fix it Felix Jr. is a mini-game featured within the Disney movie Wreck-It Ralph. While not a standalone Sega Genesis game, this particular title was included in the console version as an arcade cabinet-style title.  Gameplay would have likely involved recreating the 8-bit arcade experience from the film, matching the visual style and simple gameplay mechanics.  The original game was developed by Disney Interactive Studios and designed to replicate the classic 8-bit style.
