Phantasy Star IV, originally released for the Sega Genesis in 1993, is a role-playing game (RPG) known for its deep storyline, memorable characters, and challenging gameplay. It is the fourth installment in the Phantasy Star series.  Developed by Sega and published by Sega, the game unfolds in a science-fantasy world, with players controlling a party of heroes on a quest to confront a malevolent force. The gameplay combines exploration of various planets, turn-based combat, and character progression through leveling up and acquiring new equipment.  The "Hack by Komrade v2.6" and "Hack by Sixfortyfive v1.0" versions are fan-made modifications, altering elements of the original game for enhanced difficulty and experience.
