Sonic South Island Warped GHZ Demo (Shockwave) (SHC2014) is a ROM hack of the unreleased Sega Genesis game Sonic South Island. This particular demo, showcased at SHC2014, focuses on the GHZ zone.  Gameplay largely follows the established Sonic formula with speed and platforming challenges.  It's a fan-made project, not officially produced by Sega. The history of this demo is brief, existing as a snapshot of the hack's development and a showcase of fan creativity within the Sonic community.
