Seiken Densetsu 3, known in the West as Secret of Mana 2, is a role-playing game released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1995 in Japan. The game features a classic action RPG gameplay style, where players explore the world, battle enemies in real-time, and interact with a large cast of characters. It is renowned for its beautiful soundtrack composed by Kenji Ito and its innovative multiplayer system, allowing for cooperative gameplay with up to three players.  The story follows three heroes on a quest to save the world from a looming threat.  The game’s development was overseen by Square (now Square Enix), a leading developer of RPGs known for its iconic Final Fantasy franchise.
