Super Double Dragon (Europe)
Super Double Dragon, a beat 'em up game released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES), is a sequel to the popular arcade game Double Dragon. The SNES version maintains the core side-scrolling combat of its predecessor with the addition of SNES-enhanced graphics and sound. Players control Billy or Jimmy Lee as they fight through hordes of enemies using a variety of punches, kicks, and special moves. The game features a two-player mode, allowing friends to team up and tackle the challenges together. While it largely sticks to the established Double Dragon formula, Super Double Dragon also introduces some new elements to its gameplay, such as new enemies and stages.
