This is another hacked version of Phantasy Star IV (USA) by Komrade, this time featuring both "Purgatory Mode" and added bonuses. The "Purgatory Mode" increases difficulty as in the previous hack. The inclusion of Double EXP and Meseta grants players a substantial advantage, potentially offsetting the increased difficulty to some degree. This variation provides a more balanced experience, offering a challenging but potentially more manageable game progression compared to the straight "Purgatory Mode" hack.
